I've always liked this guy. The final product was chrome plated silver with a little pink face. He also had a small antenna attached to his head.

I made the prototype keyring in wax and suggested they should try printing the 3D file. It worked and didn't have to sculpt him again. Although I did paint dozens of samples for an exhibition using an airbrush. Ah the good old days..... ding ding.... AAHHHhhhhh!
